I grew up in the Burlington area and graduated with Honours from Mohawk College’s Massage Therapy program in 2017. My approach to care is client-centered and intuitive, combining evidence-based techniques with a focus on whole-body healing. I use Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques and have additional training in Cupping Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, and Indie Head Massage. I’m passionate about helping clients relieve tension, restore mobility, and improve overall well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with a good book and a cup of tea or spending time in nature with my Great Dane, Mr. Darcy.
