About Abby

Abby is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a B.Sc in Nutritional Sciences. She has additional training as a Lactation and Childbirth Educator as well as Labor and Postpartum Doula. Abby takes a full-body and family-centered approach when educating and supporting her clients on their feeding journey. She is passionate about finding the route cause and creating sustainable feeding plans that respect household dynamics and individual breast, chest or bottle feeding goals. Abby strives to create community connection and parent-to-parent support groups/relationships. Although her practice is evidence-based, she encourages parents to follow their intuition and question advice that does not feel right for them and their families. Abby welcomes and cares for individuals and families of all kinds, from pregnancy to solid-food introduction and beyond.
