Many of the challenges that bring people to therapy, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship difficulties, and a persistent sense of feeling stuck, are often more than symptoms to manage. They can be adaptive responses to life experiences, early attachment wounds, trauma, and relational patterns that once served a protective purpose.
As a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in trauma-informed and attachment-based therapy, I help individuals understand the deeper roots of their patterns rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction. My work is grounded in the belief that lasting change happens when we address not just what you're experiencing now, but the experiences that shaped how you learned to survive.
I integrate EMDR therapy, attachment theory, and nervous system regulation into a collaborative approach that honors both your history and your capacity for growth. Together, we explore how past experiences continue to shape the present while building practical tools that support healing and lasting change.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, and difficulties with self-worth and connection. I also bring particular depth to supporting BIPOC individuals, immigrants, and clients navigating cultural identity, belonging, intergenerational trauma, and the weight of family and cultural expectations.
I believe therapy is not about fixing what is wrong with you, but understanding what happened to you and creating new possibilities for healing, connection, and growth.
