I am a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist providing personalized, comprehensive care to adults across all stages of life. I have done my Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India and Fitness and Health Promotion from Canada. I specialize in hands-on therapy for musculoskeletal conditions, with experience treating disorders of the muscles, bones, and nerves. This supports my ability to deliver patient-specific interventions to address their pain, injuries and functional limitations. Using an evidence based approach, I love to combine different kinds of manual therapies with therapeutic exercises, and patient education to restore function and enabling them to do what they love doing pain-free. In my clinical practice, I have treated a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal and workplace injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain syndromes, and nerve-related disorders. I believe in patient- centered approach rooted in empathy, open communication, collaboration, and ensuring every patient fees heard, supported and motivated as they progress through their rehabilitation journey.
