About Yau

Raymond Yau Loo is a Registered Massage Therapist committed to helping people move, feel, and live better. A graduate with honours from Centennial College’s Massage Therapy program (2025), he also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto (2020). His strong academic foundation in science deepens his understanding of human movement and inspires his belief that mobility and everyday function should never be taken for granted. By combining the arts of massage therapy with movement science he creates treatment tailored to each person’s needs. His treatment style may include Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, stretching, hydrotherapy, and exercises to promote recovery and long-term wellness. He has experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds including infants, seniors, athletes, and individuals managing chronic pain or stress. His main areas of focus include injury rehabilitation, postural support, pain management, and stress related tension relief. Passionate about the body’s ability to heal, Raymond views massage therapy as a holistic practice that addresses both physical and emotional well-being. He is dedicated to helping clients relieve discomfort, restore function, and improve their overall quality of life, with the belief that personalized care can empower individuals to better understand and support their own health that works best for them."
