Cindy Pan, R.TCM.P Cindy Pan is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCM.P.) with the CCHPBC of British Columbia and a graduate of the five-year Doctor of TCM program at Royal Pacific Institute (formerly Oshio College). Cindy Pan’s lifelong passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is rooted in her upbringing in rural China during the 1960s. In her family herbal medicine, acupuncture, cupping, and Tuina (Chinese Massage) were part of daily life. This early environment gave her a deep understanding of the healing properties of medicinal plants and food. Inspired by her grandmother’s longevity and her family’s principles of “food as medicine,” since moving to Canada she has pursued her dream of practicing TCM. Cindy is dedicated to offering professional and personalized healthcare services to the community of Victoria. She specializes in using acupuncture and Tuina, a Chinese therapeutic massage, to treat pain, mental health, and internal medical conditions. She provides patients with focused, compassionate, and comprehensive care. NOTE While your practitioner is fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese, she is currently working on her English proficiency.
