This increases a substantial sense of personal well-being and ability. ​ I have over 30 years of experience as a Clinical Counsellor and therapist, Director and educator of clinical practice and supervision, Group Facilitator, and trained Mediator. I provide individuals, couples and families with the necessary support to shift their challenges into positive outcomes. Along with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, my therapeutic training includes (but is not limited to): Narrative Therapy, Expressive and Play Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential Psychotherapy, and Family Systems work. I also provide comprehensive career and career transition supports. Modalities and Therapeutic Frameworks expressed are: Narrative, Cognitive Behavioural, Systemic, Meaning-based, Expressive Art, Attachment-based, Trauma-Informed, Solution-Focused, and Wellness-Focused.
