About Vishwa

Vishwa obtained a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto, following the completion of his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. Vishwa enjoys working with a diverse range of patients, from athletes returning to sport, to individuals managing chronic pain or recovering from post-operative injuries, to those simply looking to improve their function after long hours at a desk job. Having played competitive basketball for a travel AAU team and later participating in sports such as football, volleyball, and dance, Vishwa developed an appreciation for the physical and mental challenges that come with injury and recovery. His own experiences working with physiotherapists as an athlete have shaped his understanding of what it takes to return to pain-free movement and optimal performance. Vishwa takes a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to care, ensuring that every treatment plan is uniquely tailored to meet each individual’s goals and lifestyle. His practice combines a variety of techniques including soft-tissue massage, manual therapy, and targeted strengthening exercises. Above all, Vishwa places strong emphasis on patient education—empowering each person to understand their body and the reasoning behind every step of the rehabilitation process. Outside the clinic, Vishwa stays active through weight training, team sports, and exploring the outdoors. He also enjoys hiking, travelling, and reading in his downtime.
