This framework is deeply rooted in my experience. In my work as a therapist, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with people during some of their most vulnerable moments. From my clients, I’ve learned that every struggle is connected to a deeper story—one shaped by vulnerability, fears, hopes, and an incredible capacity for resilience. I’ve seen firsthand how challenges can often feel overwhelming, but I’ve also witnessed the remarkable strength that emerges when we approach ourselves with compassion and curiosity. In our work together, I will draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. I believe that therapy is most effective when we work collaboratively, so I’ll be there to explore different tools and strategies with you, always keeping your preferences and values at the center of our work.
