About Tracy

Tracy Thillmann is a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being. She believes that achieving and maintaining optimal function is an ongoing journey and works collaboratively with each client to create personalized treatment plans that support their goals. Tracy has a special interest in treating clients experiencing chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, neurological conditions, post-surgical recovery, TMJ dysfunction, and those seeking to maintain general wellness through regular massage therapy. She graduated with Honours from the International Academy of Massage Therapy in 2011. After practicing as an RMT for five years, Tracy took a sabbatical from clinical practice and worked as a medical administrator, further expanding her understanding of the healthcare system. She has since returned to massage therapy with renewed enthusiasm and a wealth of additional healthcare experience. Tracy is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
