Hello! I am a Vernon RMT of 14 years. I practice with a wide variety of patient care, my continuing education throughout the years has taken me through TMJ dysfunction work, post surgical and cesarean recovery treatment and women's pre&postnatal health.
I use various massage techniques, myofascial, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy among many more. In my spare professional time I am a TA and examiner at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, and in my personal spare time I enjoy the various outdoor Okanagan activities with my young family and being able travel while I work as often as I can! I look forward to meeting you and working towards your therapeutic goals together!
