About Tracey

Supports: 4+ & Couples As a counsellor with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges, Tracey brings a warm, client-centered approach to her work. Her previous experience has been working with families, new parents and children, helping them navigate transitions, strengthen relationships and build emotional resilience. Tracey also worked with youth in an empowerment role, supporting them in building confidence, finding their voice, and developing tools to navigate life’s pressures. Creating a safe, respectful space for young people to be heard and understood is a key part of Tracey’s practice. In addition to her work with families, children and youth, Tracey has specialized training and experience in couples counselling. She support couples in improving communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening connection, always through a trauma-informed lens that recognizes the impact of past experiences on present dynamics. Her practice is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique story. She aims to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. Outside of her counselling work, Tracey enjoys spending time in nature, curling up with a good book and playing a round of golf. Living in the north, she also takes full advantage of the outdoor winter activities the region offers—from snowshoeing and skiing to peaceful winter walks.
