Trace-Ace Borgnetta is a Registered Acupuncturist dedicated to helping people move better, recover faster, and feel their best. Raised in a multicultural home of Indigenous Interior Salish and Italian heritage in the Okanagan, she developed an early appreciation for the connection between nature, resilience, and healing. That perspective continues to shape her patient-centered approach to care.
Trace-Ace has a special interest in musculoskeletal pain, injury rehabilitation, athletic performance, stress management, and nervous system regulation. She commonly treats neck and back pain, shoulder and hip injuries, sports-related conditions, headaches, sciatica, repetitive strain injuries, and TMJ dysfunction. Her training also includes women's health and fertility support, allowing her to provide well-rounded care tailored to each individual's goals. By combining acupuncture with fire cupping and other evidence-informed techniques, she strives to reduce pain, restore movement, and help patients return to the activities they love.
