About Tiffany

Tiffany graduated from the University of Toronto where she obtained her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. She started her professional career in Toronto and has recently made Ottawa her home. Tiffany is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and is always looking for ways to better care for her patients as she continues to regularly take continuing education courses. Tiffany is also a certified concussion specialist with Complete Concussion Management (CCMI). Tiffany uses a combined approach of manual therapy (as well as acupuncture, soft tissue release, taping among other techniques) and specific therapeutic exercise to help her patients move better, play better, and get stronger. She believes in retraining the body as a whole and not just the area of pain. She gives YOU the tools to understand and gain control of your body so that you can do whatever it is you love and not have to think about why you cannot. Tiffany has a background in competitive sports, and strength & conditioning herself. She has participated in many sports at various levels including martial arts, running, track and field, dragon boat paddling, and skiing. In her spare time, Tiffany also enjoys spending time with friends and family, going for hikes with her not-so-small puppy, and making good food.
