About Taylor

Taylor is a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Taylor is here to provide psychotherapy to individuals, both online and in person. Taylor has experience working with adults of all ages with a variety of concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Addictions, relationship and interpersonal conflicts, as well as navigating difficult life transitions and coping with impacts of trauma. Taylor takes a person-centred approach that focuses on your strengths to help identify individualized goals, and the steps you can take toward achieving them. Taylor takes an integrated approach, and tailors therapy based on your unique goals, needs and wants. She mainly uses Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness. Taylor is here to help you manage difficult emotions, and learn new ways to cope, whether there are current stressors, or you are just finding your current ways of coping are no longer working the way you need. Taylor promotes self-acceptance and self-compassion through the work, and creates a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore and work toward creating a fulfilling and meaningful life. Outside of therapy, Taylor enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as spending time outside. Taylor also prioritizes self-care and finds great peace in practicing yoga, reading, and walking in nature.
