About Taylor
Taylor Laing has completed her Bachelor in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia - Okanagan and obtained a Diploma in Manual Osteopathy from the National Manual Osteopathic College. She is accredited through the National Manual Osteopathic Society and is committed to helping clients restore balance, reduce pain, and improve overall function through a whole-body approach.
Her practice integrates the four core modalities of manual osteopathy—Lensen/Osteoarticular Techniques, Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, and Fascial Release—tailoring treatments to each client’s unique needs. In addition to osteopathic care, Taylor offers one-on-one assisted stretching services using Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (or PNF) to improve mobility, flexibility, and performance.
Before becoming a Manual Osteopath, Taylor spent over a decade as a competitive synchronized (artistic) swimmer and later as a coach, experiences that deepened her understanding of body mechanics, discipline, and movement. Today, she continues to nurture her creativity through musical theatre and her passion for whole-body wellness in both her personal and professional life.
