I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2024 as valedictorian of my class. I have always had a passion to be a part of helping people and my main goal as a massage therapist is to get you feeling your best and prioritize what you want to achieve from treatment.
I customize all treatments to every patient, including home care to encourage progress between appointments. I treat everything from relaxation to deep tissue, incorporating techniques such as trigger point release, PNF stretching, pin and stretch along with general Swedish massage. I use a steady, sustained, slow flow to help maximize nervous system response to allow the body to relax to its greatest potential during treatment.
I have a warm, friendly personality and want to ensure that you are in a safe space and create a welcome environment for everyone who walks into my treatment room!
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and two dogs Griffey and Tilly, attending too many spin classes, catching up on baseball (Go Jays!) and spending time outdoors.
This appointment includes a full assessment prior to any massage treatment beginning. Hands on time will be case by case dependent based on the information you provide and your practitioners findings.
