Welcome! I am a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from CDI College’s 2400-hour Massage Therapy program in February 2024. I’m primarily drawn to slow techniques targeting specific structures, but I adjust every treatment to the unique needs and preferences of each individual. Clients typically leave my sessions with a feeling of deep relaxation. My treatments are usually quiet, I speak only when necessary as I am putting my focus into the tissue and creating space for you to heal, however, if you prefer conversation, I am happy to follow your lead! I completed craniosacral therapy certification for levels 1, 2, and 3 in May 2026. It has become a new fascination of mine that is constantly evolving. Craniosacral therapy involves very light, subtle touch that can be beneficial for headaches, migraines, TMJ, stress, anxiety, neck and back pain, facial pain, or unexplained pain that other treatments can't seem to help (but is not a replacement for medical treatment). Trauma and emotions can be held in our tissues, contributing to pain or dysfunction, and craniosacral therapy helps guide the body to heal these areas.
