Hey, I’m Taryn — a Physiotherapist here at Stride Physio & Performance. I grew up in Kamloops, BC, with summers split between Las Vegas and Irma, Alberta. I completed my undergraduate studies in Kamloops before earning my Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. I’ve been practicing since 2021, and before that, I spent years working as a team trainer across hockey, football, lacrosse, and the WCBL.
I’m passionate about sports, movement, and learning — especially when all three come together. My approach is very hands-on in the clinic, paired with exercises to help you build confidence and take ownership of your recovery at home. Your comfort is always my priority, even when treatment gets challenging.
Outside of work, I love being active and getting creative with anything that keeps my hands busy — pottery, crochet, and pretty much anything I can make from scratch.
