I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor specializing in couples and individual counselling. I am known for my compassionate, caring, and wise (due to my age) nature. In my spare time I enjoy building, spending time with my family, and hiking the local trails and mountains with my dog. I am passionate about supporting and empowering your growth, development, and positive change to become the best you can be. I have over 25-years of experience as a teacher, coach, and facilitator in Canada, US, India, and Costa Rica. How I do counselling.
