About Tammy

Tammy is originally from Red Deer, Alberta. She graduated in 2009 from Alberta Institute of Massage in Red Deer. She finished with Directors Honors and an Award of Excellence. Since then she has been studying myofascial release and advanced arthokinetic techniques for the neck, back, shoulders and hips. Along with myofascial cupping. She likes to focus on trigger point therapy, joint play to increase Range Of Motion, PNF stretching and advising clients of weakened and tight muscles and how to help the recovery process at home. She is determined to do what she can to release those tense areas so you can feel your optimal best!
