About Tahereh
Tahereh is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and holds a Master’s Degree in both Clinical Psychology and Neuroscience. These qualifications equip her with a comprehensive understanding of mental health from both psychological and neurobiological standpoints, allowing her to provide holistic support to her clients.
Her integrative approach draws from various therapeutic modalities, but she places particular emphasis on attachment theory and emotion-focused therapy. She helps individuals and couples navigate a wide range of challenges including relational challenges, depression, anxiety, unhealed trauma, and other emotional struggles. She tailors her therapeutic interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.
Having worked with youth, adults, and couples, she brings years of experience to her practice. She offers therapy in English and Farsi and works with individuals and couples.
