About Sydney

Sydney Meyer graduated in 2022 from the University of Manitoba with a Master of Occupational Therapy degree and has been working with children and youth since. She works with the paediatric population (0-21 years) with a variety of conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, neurological and genetic conditions (Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome, Global Developmental Delay, etc.), and post-NICU kiddos. She works closely and collaboratively with each patient and their families to ensure each child's specific needs are met. This is done through many play opportunities and a lot of challenging fun. She has taken many courses and educational opportunities to further her knowledge of managing the various paediatric population groups that she encounters since completing her Master Degree. Growing up, she played soccer as well as took dance and Tae Kwon Do lessons. Other than loving being a mom and working as an Occupational Therapist, she enjoys spending time exploring the great outdoors.
