About Steven
Steven is a Registered Physiotherapist with extensive experience in orthopaedics. He takes a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, combining manual therapy with progressive exercise programs to enhance recovery, optimize performance, and improve quality of life.
A former competitive OUA sprinter/hurdler, soccer player, and baseball player, Steven understands firsthand the demands of high-level sport and what it takes to return safely after injury. He enjoys in working with athletes but is equally passionate about helping individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic injuries, or looking to improve their functional strength.
Steven earned his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Distinction at Western University. During his time at Western, he worked as a student athletic trainer and first responder for the men’s and women’s varsity soccer teams, assisting with both on-field injury management and rehabilitation for high-performance athletes.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys running, beach volleyball, and cooking.
