His treatment approach is evidence-informed and client-centreed, integrating deep tissue, Thai massage, myofascial release and sports massage to support pain management, rehabilitation and overall wellness. During his free time, Steven is passionate about bodybuilding and weight training, with over several years of consistent experience. He also enjoys playing baseball and softball which continues to shape his understanding of movement, performance and injury prevention.
