With more than 10 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Steve is known for effective, therapeutic treatments that combine deep tissue massage with techniques such as targeted stretching and cupping. His focus is on reducing pain, improving mobility, restoring function, and helping you leave feeling like real progress was made.
Originally from Newfoundland, Steve brings a refreshingly honest, straightforward approach to both his treatments and his conversations. He'll tell you what he's finding, explain what's contributing to your symptoms, and work with you to improve them. No gimmicks. No unnecessary fluff. Just practical, experienced care tailored to your goals.
