Stephanie graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Certificate in Disability Management in 2026. Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, she has always had a strong passion for movement, sports, and staying active. With a background in competitive sports from a young age, Stephanie understands the positive impact that physical activity can have on both physical and overall well-being.
She is passionate about helping others feel confident in their movement and supporting clients in reaching their individual goals through an encouraging and personalized approach. She especially enjoys working with children and has gained experience volunteering with children and individuals with disabilities through sport and recreation programs.
Outside of the clinic, Stephanie enjoys staying active at the gym, going for walks, playing and watching sports, and volunteering in the community. She believes that staying active should be enjoyable, accessible, and something everyone can find a way to incorporate into their lives.
