Hello,
I have a master's degree in counselling psychology and hold the RCC designation with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). My RCC number is 21397. I adhere to the BCACC's standards of practice and code of ethics. I am also certified in clinical counselling hypnotherapy (C. Hyp).
In my practice, I strive to inspire and empower people to create the life they want to live, find purpose and meaning in their life, discover their authentic self, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and achieve personal growth and positive change. I work in collaboration with clients to ensure that the counselling process is meaningful for each individual.
I recognize that the counselling process is not easy and can be vulnerable and uncomfortable. I am honoured to be invited into people's inner worlds and I value the opportunity to be part of this journey of self-discovery and transformative change.
