About Sophie
Sophie is a graduate of the 2200-hour Massage Therapy program at Alberta College of Massage Therapy (ACMT) and a current student at Manual Osteopathic College of Canada.
She is trained in a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, Table Thai massage, IASTM (Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), therapeutic deep tissue, and myofascial release.
Sophie is committed to helping clients achieve relaxation and improved well-being by offering treatments that focus on their individual needs.
As she begins her career, Sophie is excited to keep learning and developing her skills. She is looking forward to joining the team at Action Chiropractic & Massage Therapy Clinic and contributing to the health and wellness of her clients.
