Sophia Hu is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and a graduate of Pharma-Medical Science College of Canada.
With 18 years of experience in a Japanese corporate environment, Sophia brings professionalism, strong communication skills, and a deep respect for client care into her practice. She provides individualized treatments using Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point release, and myofascial techniques to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and relieve stress.
With a personal background in regular strength training, music, and dance, Sophia has a strong understanding of body mechanics, movement, and functional awareness. She is fluent in Mandarin, Japanese, and English, and is committed to helping clients achieve balanced, sustainable wellness.
