About Sonja
Sonja is a graduate of The D’Arcy Lane Institute (2014) and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
She is passionate about strength training, maintaining an active lifestyle, and proper nutrition.
Outside of her practice, Sonja enjoys volunteering as a coach for girls’ house league soccer throughout both the summer and winter seasons, as well as spending time paddleboarding whenever she can.
Sonja is known for her “sneaky deep” therapeutic approach—providing effective, results-driven treatments that remain comfortable and relaxing. Her clients often experience meaningful relief and improved range of motion. She welcomes clients of all ages, from the young to the young at heart.
