She believes that effective teaching begins with understanding one’s own body and continues to train and study under Yunjeong Jo through the Authentic Contrology program. Passionate about mindful movement, Sohee finds that Classical Pilates enhances body awareness, posture, and overall well-being—both inside and outside the studio.
