My name is Sofie Bedard, and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship stress, and major life changes. Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift, or unsure what comes next, and are looking for both practical tools and a space to sort through what’s going on.
Whether you're exploring your identity, coping with difficult emotions, or managing relationship challenges, therapy can be a space to be seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll create a supportive, non-judgmental environment to better understand your experiences, clarify what matters most to you, and identify meaningful changes that feel within reach.
We’ll focus on building practical skills to help you manage difficult emotions, feel more grounded, and navigate relationships with greater confidence. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, offering tools you can apply in your daily life.
I aim to create a space that feels respectful, affirming, and adaptable to your unique experiences and needs.
