The initial assessment lasts approximately 1 hour, and includes the assessment and a treatment. Please be sure to wear loose fitting or athletic clothing to allow easy access to the injured area(s).

Follow up treatments include a combination of manual therapy, education, and exercise prescription. Remember to bring some indoor shoes and athletic wear for your session.
