Originally from Toronto, Silas trained and practiced there for 3 years, specializing treating motor vehicle accident clients hot stone and sports massage. He worked extensively with athletic teams at York University and individual athletes, including marathoners. A true deep tissue expert, Silas combines anatomical knowledge with strength to release even the tightest muscles and provide lasting relief. He uses a wide range of techniques to customize every treatment so you feel better, faster. When he's not massaging, Silas enjoys spending time with friends, visiting with family recently brought over from Kenya, and trying new things.
