Shruti is the founder and Clinic Director of Integrate Physiotherapy and Rehab, serving at 2 loactions in Durham region- Ajax and Whitby. She is a highly skilled, knowledgeable and caring Physiotherapist with 20 years of experience. She has been working in Durham region since 2006 and has worked in various settings including Outpatient clinics, Rehab Centres, Acute and Post Acute/Rehab Hospitals and Homecare. She has gained many years of valuable experience working closely with many renowned Physicians and Orthopedic surgeons in the Durham region.
She has keen intererest and great expertise in treating Orthopedic, Post-surgical, Vestibular Rehab and women's health- Pelvic Floor related conditions. She combines various treatment techniques and methodologies including manual therapy, exercise therapy, modalities, Education, Cupping and much more.
She obtained her certification in Acupuncture from Mcmaster University and has been practicing it since 2009. She is also trained in advanced level Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Manual/ Manipulative Therapy. Other specialized areas of treatments she offers: TMJ Rehab, GLA:D program for hip and knee Arthritis
PFilates Program for pelvic Floor Rehab.
Outside of work Shruti maintains a healthy lifestyle. She is a mother to two beautiful kids. She has special interest in Nutrition, Yoga, Pilates and Zumba dancing.
