Shreya is a dedicated Physiotherapist with a strong interest in evidence-based rehabilitation and a passion for helping individuals achieve their health and movement goals. She holds a Master of Physiotherapy Studies from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBCO. Shreya is passionate about helping individuals recover from injury, build strength and confidence, and return to meaningful activities through personalized, goal-oriented care. Her approach combines movement analysis, exercise prescription, and client education. She values building supportive, collaborative relationships with her clients and is committed to ongoing professional development.
