Shelby was born and raised in Kamloops, BC where she enjoyed playing competitive sports,
hiking, and camping. After high school, she attended Thompson Rivers University (TRU) and
played two seasons with the TRU Wolfpack Women’s Varsity soccer team. In 2018, Shelby
transferred to the University of British Columbia (Okanagan) where she obtained her Bachelor
of Human Kinetics degree. She then worked as a Kinesiologist for two years before deciding to
go back to school to pursue a career in Registered Massage Therapy.
In 2024, Shelby moved to Vernon BC to attend the Okanagan Valley College of Massage
Therapy. She recently completed her diploma and is eligible to challenge her board exams at
the end of February. Now back in Kamloops, Shelby is excited to give back to the community
that raised her. She will be offering both massage therapy and kinesiology services.
Shelby is dedicated to helping clients move better, recover faster, and feel stronger in their
everyday lives. With a strong foundation in human movement, injury rehabilitation, and
therapeutic massage, she creates personalized treatment plans that address pain, restore
function, and support long-term wellness. Her approach combines evidence-based techniques
with hands-on care to help clients achieve sustainable results and return confidently to the
activities they love.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or working toward better mobility,
her goal is to help you move and feel your best.
Outside of work, Shelby loves to spend her free time staying active by hiking, running, working
out, and playing soccer. She also loves to travel, explore new places, spend time with family,
friends, and of course her dog Bear.
