About Shawn
Shawn Master is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to body mechanics, their effect on our feet, and how we experience our day-to-day lives. After decades of experience in fitness and competitive running, he has combined a Bachelor of Human Kinetics (with an Honors in Movement Science), a Pedorthist certification, and years of working with all age groups, to become an ideal addition to our team. His services will be available at River of Life for two half days per week.
In his spare time, Shawn loves being outdoors and continuing to compete in long-distance running across the province.
