Shane is a Registered Psychotherapist. Shane brings 20 years of experience working in Addictions and Mental Health. Shane also brings over 20 years of lived experience, so he understands the challenges that come with trying to make lifestyle changes. If your substance use has become problematic, or you have been struggling with trying to reduce, moderate or abstain from it, Shane will work with you on building rapport and trust, using various techniques such as CBT and DBT, to help you get on the path to a better you. He will help you work on identifying self and what fuels your substance use through self-exploration, to put a plan in place based on your unique needs.
