Selena is a an RMT graduate from VCMT’s Registered Massage Therapy program. Originally from the UK, she grew up playing a wide range of sports, which shaped her strong interest in movement and the importance of injury prevention and recovery. Now based in Squamish, she understands the importance of staying active and optimizing physical and emotional health to continue to do the things you love ! Selena is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to identify the underlying causes of pain or movement restrictions. Each session is tailored to the individual, combining therapeutic techniques with individualized care.
