About Sean

Sean is an avid runner who enjoys long runs down Toronto's Waterfront and throughout the city. He also loves to hike, weight lift, and travel. On his down time, Sean loves to listen to music, go to concerts, and spend quality time with his friends and family. Sean received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto and completed his undergraduate degree at Western University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology. Sean's mission is to help people get back to their best selves and reach their ultimate goals, while building meaningful relationships along the way. Sean enjoys treating musculoskeletal conditions across all ages and cultural backgrounds while also possessing experience with post-operative and chronic pain populations. He employs a personalized, patient centred approach to treatment which is centred around manual therapy (soft tissue release, joint mobilizations), test re-testing, therapeutic exercises, and education.
