Sarah is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a proud graduate of Langara College.
She brings a unique and well-rounded background to her practice, with over 12 years of professional ballet training, 3 years of teaching and choreography, and prior education and work experience as a nurse, before transitioning into a more holistic, patient-centered approach through massage therapy.
Sarah is dedicated to providing intuitive, compassionate, and individualized care to each client. She has a special interest in treating chronic stress, migraines, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, digestive concerns, and peri- and postnatal care. She is also happy to support clients of all backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns.
Her goal is to help each person feel supported, understood, and guided toward better overall well-being.
Our Intra-Oral TMJ (temporomandibular joint) Massage is offered by Emma Lee who is TMJ certified and has an extensive background in aesthetics and facial and body care.
