About Sarah

Sarah is a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Student Intern who works with individuals navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, burnout, and major life transitions. Her work is especially suited to women who are high-achieving and capable, yet often struggle with feeling “not enough.” Together, Sarah helps clients explore the patterns beneath perfectionism, people-pleasing, overthinking, and difficulty trusting themselves, developing a deeper understanding of who they are, what they need, and how they want to live. Sarah’s approach is warm, thoughtful, and relational, drawing primarily from psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy while incorporating evidence-based strategies, including CBT and DBT. She believes therapy should be a space where you can slow down, be understood without judgment, and make sense of the parts of yourself that have often felt difficult to understand or to show. Before entering psychotherapy, Sarah earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Juris Doctor and practised as a lawyer. She brings this background, along with her counselling training, into a thoughtful and grounded approach to therapy. Sarah works with adults 18+ across Ontario and offers early morning appointments. Sliding-scale and lower-cost sessions are also available. If you’re tired of holding everything together while quietly questioning yourself, Sarah may be a good fit for you.
