About Sarah

Sarah completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at McMaster University and her Bachelors of Kinesiology at Western University. She had been practicing in Dundas, Ontario for three years prior to relocating to BC in the summer of 2025. Sarah's treatment style integrates hands-on manual therapy, IMS/dry needling, education and specific exercise prescription. She is passionate about helping clients with strength training programs that meet both rehab, life and sports goals and has a special interest in helping women of all ages safely transition into regular weight training. Sarah completed her Anatomical IMS(AN-IMS) certification through Foundations Health in Vancouver. Sarah's clinical experience includes working with competitive and recreational athletes, older adults, as well as helping to manage chronic pain and common neck and postural issues related to computer work. She has seen the life-changing impact that physiotherapy can have in helping her clients feel their best and be able to continue doing the activities they love. Outside of her work, her passions include rock climbing, hiking, weightlifting, and yoga. She also loves learning new sports so that she can more closely relate to her clients and their experiences. She recently learned how to play hockey for the first time as an adult and has her sights set next on learning how to snowboard. Sarah’s other hobbies include camping, reading, and adding new plants to her collection at home. She is excited to explore more of BC and will happily take any trail or climbing recommendations!
