About Sarah
I am an RP with a Masters in Counselling Psychology, and I’ve been practising since 2016. While I have experience in treating a wide variety of mental health challenges, my special interest lies in supporting people who are struggling with infertility. Stress, anxiety, anger, frustration, isolation, loneliness, grief, depression, and relationship difficulties can come up at any point in time throughout the fertility journey, and my aim is to help provide a safe space for goal planning, building coping strategies, creating self-care regimes, gaining validation and emotional support, and learning ways to navigate worry and overthinking. Trying to start a family via IVF or IUI can be an exhausting progress, and you can feel so alone in it. It is my goal to be that support you need, even if it’s just to listen--I’d be honoured to hear your story.
