Sarah is an experienced Massage Therapist and Sports Injury Therapist specializing in injury prevention and treatment. Sarah graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy and Sports Injury Therapy program at the Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington in 2007.
She provides a wide variety of services including deep tissue, relaxation, pre and post natal, cupping, hot stone, sports and orthopedic (post-surgical) massage.
She has completed coursework in treating issues of the thorax and TMJ (jaw). In addition, she also provides services for clients involved in motor vehicle accidents.
Sarah has provided extensive work for athletes and sports teams and has a keen interest in sports biomechanics. She has also worked at a local college instructing and supervising Massage Therapy students and is passionate about passing on her skills and knowledge.
