About Sara
With over 12 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist and a background as an NCAA volleyball athlete, Sara Trapp brings a deep understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and heals. As a mother of four who values an active, balanced lifestyle, she understands firsthand the importance of caring for the body so it can support individuals through every stage and season of life.
Sara’s treatment approach is always guided by what the body needs in the moment. She works at a therapeutic-to-deep-tissue depth, following the cues of the tissues rather than forcing them. Clients value her ability to assess the whole body, identify the true sources of discomfort, and treat beyond the area where symptoms appear. She also focuses on the patterns, repetitive movements, and daily habits that often contribute to chronic tension or recurring issues.
She is particularly passionate about supporting women through pregnancy. With the body changing so rapidly, Sara helps expecting mothers understand that pregnancy does not have to mean months of discomfort. Through targeted techniques, education, and body awareness, she empowers women to remain comfortable, mobile, and largely pain-free throughout pregnancy.
Sara also enjoys working with clients who have specific complaints and are seeking lasting solutions. Whether someone is dealing with a stubborn issue, recovering from an injury, or striving to maintain a more resilient body, she offers personalized care, practical guidance, and individualized maintenance plans designed to support long-term well-being.
Outside of her practice, Sara can be found playing volleyball, cycling, reading, or enjoying board games with her husband of 15 years and their four energetic children.
Her goal—both in life and in her work—is simple: to help people move, feel, and live better. She looks forward to supporting others in achieving the same.
