Samantha McLean, R.TCM.P
Samantha graduated with Summa Cum Laude honours from the Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine Program at Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC, completing over 2700 hours of training in acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, and biomedicine, along with over 1050 hours of clinical practice.
Growing up in a family that regularly used Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Samantha was introduced to its benefits from an early age. After facing her own struggles with hormone imbalance, she turned to TCM and holistic medicine to heal and regain balance, which further fuelled her passion to pursue a career in this field. Her personal experiences ignited a deep desire to help others feel supported and empowered on their healing journeys.
Samantha has a passion for women's health, particularly in addressing menstrual cycle related issues and hormone imbalances. She believes in the power of TCM to restore balance and support the body's natural rhythms, and she's passionate about helping women regain their vitality and confidence. Beyond women's health, Samantha also has a special interest in digestive health, as well as providing general care to those seeking holistic treatments.
Known for her gentle needling technique, Samantha strives to create a relaxing experience for patients. In addition to acupuncture, she incorporates other therapeutic modalities such as Chinese herbal medicine, food therapy, cupping, Gua Sha, Tui Na, acupressure, and ear seeds.
With a warm and empathetic approach, Samantha is dedicated to guiding patients through their healing journeys, empowering them to take control of their health and well-being.
