About Sam
Sam grew up in the Cowichan Valley, where his involvement in a wide range of sports sparked a long-standing interest in human movement and performance. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Camosun College in 2015 and has over eight years of experience studying and practicing kinesiology. He continued his education by graduating from the West Coast College of Massage in 2025. Sam applies his extensive knowledge through deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and personalized home-care exercise programs. Outside the clinic, he enjoys hiking with his dog, playing golf, and watching nearly any sport.
